Personal help with your property search

Find your next property in Marquette County.

Tell Lori what you’re looking for in a home, lake place, or parcel of land. Already found something? Send the address or listing link and discuss the next step.

Start with your priorities

What would your next place look like?

Share as much as you know. You can be ready to tour, comparing communities, or simply working out what is possible. Lori can discuss your search and help identify the questions to ask about a property.

  1. 1. Share your plans

Tell Lori where you want to be, what matters in a property, and your timing. A budget range is helpful but optional.

  2. 2. Talk through the options

Discuss specific listings, local considerations, and the services and representation available to you.

  3. 3. Arrange the next step

Lori can check availability and discuss a showing. Sending an inquiry does not automatically book an appointment.

From browsing to a useful shortlist

Make the listing details work for you.

Use public property-search sites to explore possibilities, then bring specific questions to Lori. Listing status, access, and showing arrangements need to be checked for the property you want to see.

Save an address, not just a screenshot

A listing link and full address make it easier to identify the right property. Include the MLS number when available, especially for vacant land or similar street names. Explain what caught your attention and what you want to know before arranging a visit.

Compare the details beyond price

For homes, look at condition, usable space, systems, and location. For lake property, distinguish frontage from shared or public access. For land, identify parcel boundaries, documented access, and the intended use. A low asking price does not answer the questions about repairs, utilities, or suitability.

Need a different kind of property?

Your property preferences may overlap. A house with acreage or a seasonal cabin can fit more than one category. Describe those details in your inquiry so the conversation focuses on the property you are actually looking for.
