How the website handles information you choose to share.
Information in an inquiry
An inquiry can include your name, phone number or email, property details, search preferences, and message. On the live website, that information is sent to the brokerage’s customer-management system so the team can respond. Please do not include financial account details or sensitive documents.
Website and referral information
The live website can record the inquiry page, referral source, and campaign information. Referral information is kept in browser session storage and attached to an inquiry. The live website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions. Contact details and free-text inquiry messages are not intentionally included in custom Analytics events.
How inquiry information is used
The details you submit help the brokerage respond to your question, understand your property or search, and discuss next steps. Providing an address or search preference does not book a showing, create a listing agreement, or guarantee a property’s availability. Use the contact details below if you need to correct information in an earlier inquiry.
Service providers and outside websites
The website is hosted through Vercel. Live inquiries are delivered to the brokerage’s customer-management service. The contact page embeds Google Maps, which may receive browser and network information when the map loads. Property portals, professional profiles, and public resources linked from this website operate under their own privacy policies.
